Hey everyone! I just moved to Guangzhou for work and I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment near Tiyu Xilu station. The apartment is pretty modern, with AC and a washing machine, and the rent is about 4000 RMB per month total, so 2000 each. I'm a 27-year-old guy from the US, working in tech, pretty easygoing. I like cooking (badly), hiking, and exploring the city. If you're interested, hit me up! Also, if anyone knows a good spot for western groceries around here, let me know – I'm missing cheese like crazy 😅.

Hey! I'm new in Guangzhou too and looking around that area. How much is the rent for the second room? Is it furnished, or do we need to bring our own stuff? Also, are you looking for someone to sign a lease with, or is it subletting? I'd love to check it out if the price works!

Hi there! I appreciate the offer, but I'd prefer to live closer to my workplace in Panyu. Tiyu Xilu is a bit far for my commute. Also, I've heard the rent there can be pricey. Hope you find a great roommate though!
