Tanaka Misaki

Hey everyone, I just arrived in Singapore a few weeks ago and was walking near Orchard Gateway when I spotted this super friendly cat just hanging out by the entrance. It's a tabby with a white patch on its chest, no collar. It looks well-fed and clean, so I'm wondering if it's someone's pet that got out. I tried to see if it had a microchip, but I'm not sure how to check without a scanner. I'm staying in a tiny serviced apartment, so I can't take it in. If anyone recognizes this cat or knows someone who might want to adopt a sweet and cuddly feline, please let me know. I'd hate to see it end up in a shelter. Also, any advice on what to do with strays here would be appreciated! Thanks!
