Hey, I'm on the hunt for a room to rent in the Northern Quarter or Chorlton area. Budget's around £600-700 pcm all in. If anyone knows of a place going or needs a flatmate, hit me up! Hey, sounds like a great sale! But just a heads-up, if you're new to the UK like me, check if you need a permit for street sales in Stratford. I nearly got fined last month when I tried a similar clear-out. Might be easier to list on Gumtree or local Facebook groups instead of dealing with council rules. Just a thought from one foreigner to another!

Hey, just saw this. I'm new to the UK, so sorry if this is obvious—but is 'yard sale' the same as a car boot sale? Also, what kind of electronics? Got a kettle that's not from the 1980s?
