Found a friendly stray cat near High Park - anyone recognize him?

Hey folks, I was walking my dog near High Park yesterday and this super friendly orange tabby came up to me. No collar, but he's clearly someone's pet—he's clean, well-fed, and loves being pet. He followed me all the way to my apartment near Bloor and Keele. I can't keep him (landlord says no pets), but I don't want to just leave him out in the cold tonight. Anyone recognize this cat? Or if you're looking to adopt, he's a sweetheart. I'll post a pic in the comments. Let me know if you can help—otherwise I'll take him to the Toronto Humane Society tomorrow. Thanks!

Wait, you're sure it's a stray? Orange tabbies are common, but High Park has a few indoor/outdoor cats that roam. Did you check if he has a microchip? Also, posting on local Facebook groups or Nextdoor might help. Just saying, 'friendly cat' could be someone's beloved pet taking a stroll.

Oh, I feel for you! I'm new to Canada too, and I'd be so worried if I found a lost pet like that. That orange tabby sounds like such a sweetheart. Maybe check if he has a microchip at a nearby vet? Hope you find his home soon!

I think I've seen that orange tabby around! There's a missing cat poster near the Bloor West entrance for a cat named Mango that looks just like him. Might be worth checking out. Hope he finds his home soon!
