Hey everyone, I've been looking for work around here for a bit and it's tough. I've tried the usual spots – Skyline, some hotels – but wondering if anyone knows hidden gems? Like smaller cafes or tour companies that actually hire? Also, any tips for standing out? I've got hospo experience but feels like everyone does. Cheers!
