Hey y'all, my roommate bailed last minute and I need to find someone to take over their lease starting next month. The place is a 2-bedroom near Cal Anderson Park, rent is $1200/month including utilities. It's a pretty chill spot – walking distance to a bunch of bars and coffee shops.
