Hey, my roommate just moved out and I need someone to take over the room ASAP. It's a master bedroom with attached bathroom, aircond, and a decent size. The apartment is in Sunway Verve, literally a 5-minute walk to Taylor's Lakeside campus. Rent is RM900/month inclusive of water and maintenance – we split electricity and wifi, which usually comes to around RM100 each. I'm a final year student, pretty chill, mostly keep to myself but down to grab a teh tarik sometimes. Looking for someone clean and responsible.
