Hey guys, I just moved to Gadong and I'm trying to find a spot where I can sit with my laptop for a few hours without loud music or constant chatter. Tried the mall cafes but they're too busy. Anyone know a place that's chill and has decent wifi? Bonus if they have good iced coffee. I'm cool with a small fee or buying something every hour. Just can't concentrate at home right now. Appreciate any tips!

Hey, check out The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at The Mall, but go upstairs—it's quieter than the main floor. Also, try Daily Cafe near Batu Satu; it's a bit out of Gadong but usually calm with good wifi. Avoid peak hours (12-2pm) anywhere. Bring headphones just in case!

I know what you mean, the mall cafes can be crazy. Check out The Coffee Bean at the airport—it's surprisingly quiet and has good wifi. Also, try Senja Coffee near the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium; it's a bit out of the way but usually dead quiet with plenty of power outlets. Both are solid for a few hours of work.

Hey, I’m new here too but found a few quiet spots. Try The Coffee Bean at Kiulap—not in Gadong but a short drive, and it’s usually calm with good Wi-Fi. In Gadong, the library near the Yayasan complex has a café inside that’s dead silent. Avoid Coffee Zone, it’s always packed. Hope that helps!
