Hey everyone! I just moved to Hong Kong for work and I'm staying in Kowloon, near Tsim Sha Tsui. I'm so excited to try all the food, but honestly, I'm a bit lost. Everywhere I look, there are dozens of restaurants and street stalls. I tried the egg waffles at a random spot on Nathan Road – they were okay, but I have a feeling I missed the real deal. Can someone point me to the *must-try* places? I'm open to anything – dim sum, wonton noodles, curry fish balls, even cha chaan tengs. I heard about Tim Ho Wan but is it worth the hype? Also, what about those dai pai dongs in Temple Street? Are they tourist traps or legit? I don't want to embarrass myself by eating at the wrong place. Help a hungry newcomer out!
