Hey everyone! I just moved to Calgary from overseas and I'm dying to explore Banff. I checked the bus schedules and there's an early one from downtown. Anyone free this Saturday? Let's make a day trip out of it – hike, see the lake, grab some poutine. I'm super excited but a bit nervous about navigating the trails alone. If you're down, shoot me a message! Hey! Welcome to Calgary. Banff is awesome, but just a heads up—this Saturday is the long weekend and it'll be packed. If you're set on going, grab the 6am bus or you'll be stuck in traffic for hours. Alternatively, consider Kananaskis (like Barrier Lake or Ptarmigan Cirque) for a quieter hike. Still stunning and way less crowded. Let me know if you need trail recs!
