Hey everyone, I recently moved to Novi Sad and I'm trying to find a job here. I've got some experience in customer service and basic IT support, but my Serbian is still pretty rusty. I've been checking out platforms like Infostud and LinkedIn, but most listings seem to require fluent Serbian. Are there any companies in Novi Sad that hire English speakers? Maybe some tech startups or call centers? I also heard about the Futoški put business zone—is that worth checking out in person? And what's the deal with networking events here? I'm a bit frustrated because I feel like I'm missing something obvious. Any tips on where to look or who to talk to would be amazing. Thanks a ton!
