Hey everyone! I just moved to Wellington from overseas and I'm trying to figure out the nightlife scene. I'm in my mid-20s and looking for bars that are more chill but still fun – like places where you can actually talk to people, maybe with some good craft beer or wine. Not really into the super loud club vibe. I walked by Courtenay Place and saw a bunch of places but got overwhelmed. I also heard about Cuba Street but not sure where to start. Is there a spot that's popular with locals? I'm trying to meet people and make friends, so any tips on bars or events would be amazing. Also, what time do people usually go out here? In my country, things start late, but I noticed places seem to close earlier? Thanks in advance – feeling a bit lost but excited!
