Came home last night to find a raccoon had opened my locked green bin, carefully removed the compost bags, sorted through them like a tiny furry accountant, ate what it wanted, and left the rest in a neat pile. These things aren't animals anymore. They're running focus groups. City Hall should be negotiating with them directly.
