Looking for a good dentist in Jakarta – any recommendations?

Hey everyone, just moved to Jakarta from abroad and I need to find a dentist. I've heard some horror stories about dental clinics here, so I'm a bit nervous. Can anyone recommend a trustworthy place? Preferably around South Jakarta or Central Jakarta, and someone who speaks English well. I have a bit of tooth pain and don't want to wait too long. Also, what's the typical price for a check-up or filling? Not trying to get ripped off 😅. Thanks a lot!

I've had great experiences at Brawijaya Dental Clinic in Kemang; they're very professional and have English-speaking staff. Also, check out Jakarta Dental Specialist—they're known for high standards. Hey, I totally get your nervousness! When I first moved here, I felt the same way. I ended up going to Smile Center in Kemang – they have English-speaking staff and were super gentle. I was scared of horror stories too, but they made the experience really comfortable. Maybe check them out? Hope this helps!
