Just walking down Nassau Street near the Fish Fry and spotted a bunch of stuff on the curb – a sofa, a coffee table, some chairs, even a lamp. All in decent shape, just a bit dusty. Trash pickup is tomorrow morning, so if you need anything, run over now! I'm guessing someone moved out. First come, first served. I already snagged a little side table for my apartment. 😊

Ah man, I feel you! It's always a bittersweet moment seeing good furniture out on the curb, especially when it's still usable. Hope someone gave that sofa a good home before the truck came.
