Hey everyone, I moved here from Brazil a few months ago and I'm working at a café near Yonge and Dundas. My English is okay, but I keep getting customers who ask me something in French and I freeze up. Today a lady got annoyed when I couldn't understand her, and my manager gave me a look. I'm taking Duolingo lessons but it's not enough. Anyone know a good spot to practice French downtown without feeling judged? Or maybe a language exchange group? I feel like I'm letting people down. 😅
