Just moved here from abroad and thought I'd found a decent moving company online. Big mistake. They quoted me 15,000 RSD for a small apartment move, then showed up, demanded double, and when I refused they just left my stuff on the street near Slavija Square. I had to scramble to get everything inside before it got stolen. The company name was something like "Balkan Express Movers" – avoid them like the plague.
Anyway, now I'm stuck needing to move the rest of my furniture from storage in Zemun. Anyone know a reliable moving service that won't rip me off? Or maybe someone with a van who can help for a fair price? I'm near Kalemegdan. Thanks in advance – this city is great but my introduction has been rough.
