Hey everyone, I just witnessed a hit-and-run on Queen's Road West near the Sheung Wan Market around 3pm today. A white van hit a guy on a scooter and just sped off towards Kennedy Town. I got the license plate but the police want more evidence. If anyone has dashcam footage from that area around that time, please let me know. The scooter rider is in hospital but should be okay. It was pretty scary – the van just didn't stop. Really hoping someone caught it on camera. Thanks a lot!
