Hey everyone, I just moved to Brunei for work and I'm trying to find a room to rent in Bandar Seri Begawan, preferably around Kiulap or Gadong area. My budget is around $300-400 per month including utilities. I've checked a few Facebook groups but most listings are either too expensive or already taken. Anyone know a reliable agent or have a friend renting out a room? I'm a quiet guy, non-smoker, and I work office hours so I won't be making noise. Also, is it normal to pay 3 months rent upfront here? That seems steep. Any tips would be appreciated 😅
