Hey everyone, I've been in Ankara for a month and I'm trying to rent a flat in Çankaya near the Kızılay metro. Every listing I message says "just rented" then tries to push me to a different place for double the price. Is this normal? I'm using sahibinden.com but getting nowhere. Also saw a scam where they ask for deposit before showing the apartment. Any Turkish friends or expats know a reliable realtor? I'm desperate — my hostel is getting old.
