Just moved to Christchurch and found a sweet spot near the Riccarton Mall – it's a 3-bedroom house with a decent yard. I'm taking one room, need someone chill to share the other two. Rent is $180 per week plus bills, which seems fair for the area? I'm a student at UC, so quiet study vibes during the week but down for a beer or hike on weekends. Place has a heat pump (thank god, winter is no joke) and parking for one car. Prefer someone tidy but not obsessive – I'm not your mum.
