Hey everyone, just moved to Nis for my studies and I'm trying to figure out how to open a bank account. I went to a bank near the main square—I think it was Intesa—and the lady started speaking super fast in Serbian. I caught something about 'boravišna dozvola' but I don't even have that yet. Is it possible to open an account with just my passport and visa? Also, which bank is easiest for foreigners? I've heard some are more chill about paperwork. I'm getting a bit frustrated because I need an account for my student stipend. Any tips from other expats in Nis? Thanks a ton!
