I need some real hidden gems—like that one alley in Sinpo where the fried chicken is legendary, or maybe a rooftop cafe near Wolmido with a killer sunset view. Also, anyone know if the mudflats near Ganghwa are worth the trip this time of year? I heard there's a place where you can catch tiny crabs. Not looking for tourist traps—just chill, local stuff.
