Best gym in East London that won't bankrupt me?

Just moved to Hackney and the first gym I checked quoted me 90 quid a month. Anyone know a decent gym in the Hackney/Dalston area under 50/month? Just need a squat rack, working AC, and ideally walls not covered in inspirational quotes.

50/month for a squat rack in Hackney is optimistic. Rents have pushed even basic gyms to 60-70.

Hard disagree on the quotes. My gym's 'Pain is weakness leaving the body' gets me through leg day.
