So I've been cooking at home more and my cheap nonstick is finally done. I wanna get a real carbon steel wok, like the ones street vendors use. I've checked the big supermarkets (Walmart, RT-Mart) but they only have the super thin ones that warp. Anyone know a good kitchenware shop in Hangzhou that sells the heavy stuff? I heard there's a place near Wushan Road or maybe in the small alleys around Hefang Street. Also, if you've got a spare that you're willing to sell, hit me up. I'd rather buy used than get ripped off at some tourist trap. 🙏
