Hey everyone! I'm a student planning to study at Yonsei University this fall, and I'm trying to find a studio or one-room near Itaewon Station. I heard it's a great area with lots of international vibe, but I'm getting overwhelmed by the options on Dabang and Zigbang. Some places look super cheap but then the deposit is crazy high 😅. Anyone have tips for finding a decent place under 600k/month? Also, is it better to go through a realtor or try direct from owner? I don't know Korean well yet, so I'm a bit nervous about scams. Would love to meet up with someone who's been through this and grab a coffee at Coffee Libre! Thanks in advance.
