Yo, just wanted to give everyone a heads-up about 'Aussie Movers Perth' (yeah, generic name, I know). Booked them for a small move from Northbridge to Fremantle. They quoted $400, but after loading the truck, they demanded $800 cash, saying my stuff was 'oversized.' I had to pay 'cause they already had my furniture. Then they took forever, scratched my table, and one guy tried to charge extra for stairs. Total scam. Anyone else dealt with this? Any way to report them? Also, if you're moving, avoid anyone who won't give a fixed quote in writing. This is so frustrating. 😤
