So I hired Nashville Movers Pro for a local move last week, and they showed up late, broke a bunch of my stuff (including my grandmother's china), and then demanded an extra $500 cash before they'd unload the truck. I paid because I was desperate, but now I'm out like $1,200 and they won't answer my calls. 😤 Guess I should've checked their Better Business Bureau rating — it's an F. Anyone else dealt with these guys? And what's the best way to report them? I've already filed a complaint with the BBB and the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs, but not sure if that'll do anything. Also, any tips for getting my money back from a shady moving company? Would love to hear your experiences so I don't feel so alone in this. Watch out, Nashville!
