Need someone to help move a couch – will buy pizza and beer

Hey everyone, I just moved into an apartment near Fengjia Night Market and my couch delivery is scheduled for Saturday afternoon. The delivery guys said they'll only drop it at the curb, so I need a hand carrying it up three flights of stairs (no elevator, sorry). It's a standard IKEA sofa, not super heavy but awkward to carry alone. I'm offering pizza and beer (or whatever drink you prefer) as thanks. If you're around and free this Saturday around 2 PM, please hit me up! Also, any tips on moving furniture up narrow stairs would be appreciated – I'm new to Taichung and still figuring out the local tricks.

Hey, congrats on the move! If the delivery guys drop it at the curb, you might want to flag down a scooter or two nearby—Taiwanese people are usually super friendly and will help for a beer. Also, check if your building has a service elevator or if the couch fits in the regular one, especially with Fengjia's narrow streets. Pizza and beer is a solid offer!

Hey man, I feel your pain! When I first moved to Taichung, I had the same issue with a heavy desk – delivery guys just left it at the curb. Had to flag down some students passing by to help lug it up three flights of stairs. Luckily, Fengjia's got tons of people around.
