Hey everyone, just landed in Edmonton a few days ago and I'm trying to sort out housing. I'll be studying at NAIT starting next month, so I need something close by or at least with a decent bus route. My budget is around $600-700 all inclusive. I've been checking Kijiji but half the listings seem sketchy. Anyone know a decent area near NAIT that's not crazy expensive? Or if you're looking for a roommate, hit me up! I'm clean, quiet, and can cook. Also, is renting a basement suite a good idea here? I've heard horror stories about moisture and bad landlords. Any tips would be awesome. Thanks!
