Hey everyone – my current roommate is moving out at the end of the month, so I’m looking for someone to take over the empty room. It’s a two-bedroom apartment in Nanshan, like a 5-min walk from Keyuan metro, super convenient for tech park folks. Rent is 2500 RMB per month, utilities split equally. The apartment is clean, has a decent kitchen and a balcony with a view of the greenery. I work in IT, pretty chill, not a party animal but I’m down for a drink or a hike on weekends.
