Just moved to Paradise Island for a few months, and I'm trying to find a decent gym nearby. I've seen Atlantis has a fitness center, but is it worth the price for non-guests? Also heard about a place called Baha Mar but that's in Nassau. I'm looking for something with basic weights and maybe a few classes—nothing fancy. Anyone have experience with the smaller gyms around here? Or is there a local spot I'm missing? I'd rather not pay resort prices every month. Also, any tips on gym etiquette in the Bahamas? Back home we just wipe down machines, but I've noticed some places are different. Appreciate any help!
