Hey everyone! I just moved to Singapore for a grad program at NUS, and honestly, the housing hunt is kicking my butt. I'm trying to find a room or small apartment near Kent Ridge or maybe even in Orchard if the price is right. I've been browsing PropertyGuru and 99.co, but I keep seeing places that are either way too expensive or already taken by the time I call. Budget's around $1200-$1500, inclusive of utilities if possible. Anyone know a good landlord or have a place opening up? I'm a quiet guy, don't smoke, and I keep things clean. Would love to connect with other students too. Also, if you've got tips on which neighborhoods are best for commuting to NUS, throw them my way! Thanks a ton.
