Hey everyone, I witnessed a hit-and-run this morning around 8:15 AM on Klatovská Avenue, right near the intersection with Suezská. A silver sedan (maybe a Skoda Octavia?) with a busted right rear light clipped a cyclist and sped off towards the city center. I didn't catch the plate, but the driver had a green bumper sticker on the back. If anyone has a dashcam that might have caught it, please check your footage. The cyclist seemed okay but the driver just took off like nothing happened. I'm new to Plzen and kind of shocked – is this common here? If you have any info, message me. Thanks!
