Hey everyone, just moved to Busan for language classes at PNU. Anyone know a good place to find a room or goshiwon nearby? I've been checking Dabang and Zigbang but everything seems either too expensive or already taken. Budget is around 300k-400k won per month. Also, is it normal to pay key money for a small room? I saw some places asking for 5 million won and that's way out of my range. Any tips or leads would be awesome. Thanks!

I feel you! I'm a student at PNU too, and those apps can be rough. Try looking on Facebook groups like 'Busan Housing' or 'PNU Foreign Students'—way more affordable rooms pop up there. Also, walking around the area behind the main gate (near the coffee shops) you'll see goshiwon signs for 300,000-400,000 won a month. Much cheaper than Dabang!
