I've been craving ramen like crazy lately and I know there are a ton of places in Little Tokyo, but I want the real hidden gems. Not the touristy spots. I've tried Daikokuya and it was solid, but I'm looking for something with a richer broth or maybe a spicy miso that slaps. Anyone tried the new place on 2nd Street? I heard the owner used to work at a Michelin-starred joint in Japan. Also, if you know a spot that does good tsukemen, holler at me. Let's get a ramen crew going this weekend!🍜
