I witnessed a hit-and-run around 8 PM last night on the road near Songdo Central Park. A silver sedan hit a pedestrian and sped off towards the bridge. It was dark and I couldn't get the plates. If anyone has dashcam footage from that area and time, please DM me. The victim was taken to the hospital. I'm trying to help the police with any evidence. Let me know if you saw anything!
