Hey everyone, I'm renting an apartment near Lara Beach in Antalya and my landlord just told me the rent is going up by 40% starting next month. I've been here for less than a year and the contract says nothing about such a big increase. Is this normal here? I feel like he's taking advantage of me being a foreigner. Has anyone successfully negotiated or found legal help? I don't want to move but this is crazy. Any advice would be appreciated.
