Heads up: moving company scammed me in Daegu

Just got totally ripped off by a moving company called 'Daegu Movers' (something like that). They quoted me 200,000 won, then after they loaded the truck, demanded 500,000. I tried to argue, but they got aggressive and threatened to dump my stuff on the street. Had to pay up – felt awful. Now I'm out 300k extra and they even 'lost' a box of kitchen stuff. I'm new here and didn't know any better. Don't make my mistake. Anyone know a legit moving service in Daegu? Or how to report these guys? I still have their phone number. That's awful, sorry that happened to you. Did you have a written contract or any documentation of the original quote? Also, did you report them to the police or the local consumer agency? I'm planning a move soon and want to avoid similar scams.

No way, that sucks. Did they give you a written quote beforehand? I've heard of some moving companies pulling this, but 500k is insane. Which area in Daegu were they from? I'm in Suseong-gu and might know some legit movers if you need recommendations for next time.
