Just moved to Antalya last week and I'm already tired of tourist traps near the beach. Anyone know a spot where locals actually eat? I'm near Kaleiçi but willing to walk a bit. Heard about a place called Şişçi Ramazan but not sure if it's overhyped. Also, any tips on what to order? I don't speak Turkish yet and the menus are confusing. Would love some real recommendations—affordable and tasty. Bonus if they have good pide or lahmacun. Thanks! 🙏

Oh, you're already tired? Try living here for a year 😅 But seriously, ditch the beach spots. Walk up to İsmetpaşa—there's a place called Piyazcı Şakir, no English menu, just locals. That's where you'll find real Antalya food, not overpriced tourist nonsense. And yes, they have piyaz.
