Yo, I've been craving ramen for weeks now and I feel like I've tried all the obvious places. There's that spot on Sovetskaya near the pedestrian street, but it's always packed and the broth is just okay. I heard rumors about a tiny place in some alley off Gogolya – like a hole-in-the-wall with homemade noodles. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Or is there another hidden gem I'm missing? I'm specifically after tonkotsu or shoyu, not the instant stuff. Bonus points if it's open late. I'll buy you a bowl if your rec leads to my new fave spot!
