Hey everyone! I'm currently living in a 2-bedroom apartment near Myeongdong Station (Exit 6, close to the big Olive Young) and my current roommate is moving out end of February. The place is decent – not huge but cozy, with a decent kitchen and a small balcony. Rent is 800,000 KRW per month (split 50/50) plus utilities. Looking for someone chill, clean-ish, and okay with a mild gaming habit (headphones always on). Nearby has tons of food options – that 24-hour tteokbokki place on the side street is a lifesaver.
