Hey everyone! I just got a job near Causeway Bay and I'm trying to figure out housing. I've been looking at listings for apartments around Sogo and Times Square, but honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed. Some places say 'Causeway Bay' but then the address is way up a hill—like near Jardine's Lookout. Is that still considered Causeway Bay? Also, what's the deal with the subdivided flats? I saw one that was 200 sq ft for HK$12,000, which seems tiny but maybe that's normal? I've been walking around Lee Garden Road and noticing all these old buildings next to shiny malls—are those cheap or dangerous? Sorry if these are dumb questions, I just don't want to get ripped off. Any tips on areas or keywords to search for? Thanks a ton!
