Hey everyone! I just moved to Ostrava from abroad and I'm trying to find a place to rent. I've been checking Sreality and Bezrealitky, but most listings are in Czech and I'm not sure if I'm missing something. Also, I keep seeing 'bez provize' – does that mean no commission for the realtor? I'm looking for something near Poruba or maybe close to the city center, but prices seem all over the place. Some ads ask for a deposit of 3 months' rent – is that normal? And what about utility bills? Are they usually included or separate? I'm a bit overwhelmed, honestly. Any advice on neighborhoods, scams to watch out for, or English-friendly landlords would be super helpful. Thanks a ton!
