Hey everyone! I'm planning a trip to Queenstown next month and I'm a bit overwhelmed by the transport options. I'm coming from Auckland and I see there are flights to Queenstown Airport, but also buses? Like, is the InterCity bus worth it for the scenery or will it take forever? I heard the drive from Christchurch to Queenstown is beautiful but that's like 6 hours, right? Also, what about renting a car? I'm on a budget but I don't wanna miss out on cool stops like Lake Tekapo or Wanaka along the way. Any advice on the cheapest or most efficient way to get there without wasting too much time? I'm kinda excited but also stressed about planning! Thanks a ton in advance!

Honestly, Cuba Street is fine to just wander, you'll find plenty of food without planning. But if you're after something specific, check out the Night Market on Fridays for variety. Otherwise, just go and explore - it's more fun that way.
