Hey everyone! I just moved to Wellington from overseas and I'm trying to figure out the nightlife here. I'm 25 and looking for spots that are more chill and artsy, not super loud or fancy. I went to Courtenay Place last weekend and it was packed with people in suits and high heels – not really my vibe. I heard about places like The Library or Hawthorne Lounge, but are they actually good for meeting people? Also, is Cuba Street the place to be for bars with live music or a more alternative crowd? I don't want to end up at a club where everyone's 18, you know? Any recommendations for a Wednesday or Thursday night? I'm just trying to make some friends and have a good time. Thanks a ton!
