Moving to Wellington for a new job near the train station. Looking for a flat that doesn't require a car — need to be near a reliable bus route or train line. Budget around 500/week for a one-bedroom or studio. Any suburbs I should target or avoid? Is the wind really as bad as everyone says or is that just South Island propaganda?
