Been driving past this taco truck on East Cesar Chavez for months and finally stopped. Best decision this year. Got three al pastor tacos with grilled pineapple and their homemade salsa verde that actually had heat. The guy running it said his family has been making the same recipe for 40 years. I believe him. Going back tomorrow.
