I am planning a trip through Southeast Asia and wondering if it is worth adding Brunei to the itinerary. I have heard it is very small and there is not much to do, but I am also curious about it precisely because it is so different from its neighbors. What can you realistically see and do in two or three days? Is it expensive compared to Malaysia? And is it easy to get around without a car? Any honest assessment from people who have been there would help me decide.
