Started going to the pub quiz at my local in Hackney every Tuesday and it has become the highlight of my week. Our team is four people from four different countries and we are absolutely terrible but we have so much fun. The quizmaster is brilliantly sarcastic, the questions are genuinely hard, and the prize is a bar tab we have never won. But the regulars have started recognizing us and saving our table. This is exactly the community I was hoping to find when I moved here.
